We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States.

- Standard delivery takes approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch.

- Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories may take longer.

- Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more jars.

- Single-jar orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link in your confirmation email.

Free Gifts

Free gifts included with qualifying orders ship together with your jars. Store credit is delivered by email after your order is confirmed.
